Delete your Kauro account

Kauro, by TechShock D.S. LLC. This is how you delete your account and the data stored in the cloud.

From the app

1. Open Kauro and go to Ajustes (Settings) → Cuenta (Account).
2. Tap Eliminar cuenta (Delete account).
3. Read the notice and confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@tshock.dev from your Google account's email with the subject “Delete my Kauro account”. We delete it and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email and Google identifier) and everything stored in the cloud: sessions, miles, income, expenses, categories, platforms, maintenance, settings, sign-in sessions and your subscription record. It is removed from our database immediately; the provider's backups are discarded within 30 days.

What is not deleted

• Data still on your phone. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
• Your Google Play subscription is not canceled. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
